General Mechanics
Participants must complete the distance until March 8, 2021 by choosing at least 3 or more events from the following - running, cycling (indoor or outdoor), swimming, walking, rowing, practicing yoga, playing golf, jumping rope, dancing, rock climbing, weightlifting, CrossFit or Pilates. Data should be uploaded by March 8, 2021 at 11:59 PM. Distances: 1000+ km
Participants will receive:
- Race Bib
- Event Shirt
- Finisher's Medal
Workout Conversion
Workout | Conversion Rate |
---|---|
Yoga | 20 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Golf | 20 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Weightlifting, Pilates, HIIT | 15 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Dancing (all types including Zumba) | 10 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Rock Climbing | 10 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Jump Rope | 8 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Diving | 1 Dive = 5 kilometers |
