Event Mechanics
General Mechanics
Participants must complete the distance through non-machine workouts such as running, swimming, walking, practicing yoga, playing golf, jumping rope, dancing, rock climbing, weightlifting, CrossFit or Pilates. Cycling and rowing will not be counted in this event. The distance should be completed by March 8, 2021. Data must be uploaded by March 8, 2021 at 11:59 PM. Distances: 50km, 100km
Participants will receive:
- Race Bib
- Event Shirt
- Finisher's Medal
Workout Conversion
Workout | Conversion Rate |

Yoga | 20 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Golf | 20 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Weightlifting, Pilates, HIIT | 15 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Dancing (all types including Zumba) | 10 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Rock Climbing | 10 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Jump Rope | 8 minutes = 1 kilometer |
Diving | 1 Dive = 5 kilometers |
